WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

- 1 pouch: standard delivery is calculated at checkout.

- 2 pouches or more: FREE standard delivery.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING

Every order comes with a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
